Appointments & Cancellations
- - We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.
- - Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee.
No Refunds Policy
- - All services, treatments, and prepaid packages are non-refundable once performed or purchased.
- - If you experience an adverse reaction or are unsatisfied with a service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will assess the issue to determine an appropriate solution.
- - In the case of prepaid treatment courses, unused sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Treatment Expectations
- - Results vary based on individual skin types, conditions, and aftercare.
- - For best results, clients must follow our aftercare instructions and commit to recommended treatment plans.
Product Purchases
- - All skincare and retail products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons.
- - If a product is found to be faulty or causes an unexpected reaction, we may offer an exchange upon assessment.
Late Arrivals & Rescheduling
- - If you arrive late, your appointment time may be shortened to accommodate other bookings, but the full service fee will still apply.
- - If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a rebooking fee may be required.
Gift Vouchers & Promotions
- - Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- - Any promotional offers, discounts, or vouchers must be used before the expiry date and cannot be extended.
